7.5.2 MANUAL PRE-MIXING
Manually dissolve the active chemical before adding it to
the tank (it is mandatory to use adequate protection such
as rubber gloves, mask or goggles, overalls etc.).
7.5.3 PREMIXER IN COVER
Open the cover and pour the powdered chemical in the
bag filter, close the cover and open the feeding cock until
the powder is completely taken in.
To wash the container insert the telescopic washing straw
into the can, push the yellow disc for liquid dispensing
until the container is completely washed (Pic.161).
To achieve correct washing of the container use the pre-
mixer while the main pump is filled by external source with
clean water. This work method leaves clean water in the
mixer's circuit.
7.5.4 HOPPER PRE-MIXER WITH JAR WASHER

After locking hook "6", remove the pre-mixer and lift
the cover (4).

Open the feed cock 1 on the pump bringing the liquid
to a maximum pressure of 8 bar, then open gate valve
2 which enables the tank to be drained.

Enter the product to mix and after closing cover 4,
press handle 3 to mix the product in the hopper, pay-
ing attention to the liquid level which may overflow.
(To avoid overflow and better rinse the powder prod-
ucts, always keep gate valve 2 open).

Do not open the gate valve with ejector running.

DANGER OF MACHINE FALLING AND DANGER OF
GETTING CAUGHT IN MOVING PARTS OF THE MA-
POTENTIAL SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH
Using cocks on the pump or at the front of the machine
places the operator near the PTO shaft. Despite the pres-
ence of CE compliant guards, it is required to turn off the
tractor's engine and remove the key from ignition.
ATTENTION
To achieve correct washing of the container use the
pre-mixer while the main pump is filled by external
source with clean water. This work method leaves
clean water in the clean water mixer's circuit.
