FOWLHOUSE 1.51W x 1.39D x 1.99Hm Step 2: Assemble the rear wall panels For easier assembly of your fowl house use sawhorses with timber studs as per diagram below (timber needs to be the same length as the fowl house (1.5 M)) or alternatively, a trestle table. Place 2 x part S75 (sheets) on your worktable and join together with the self-tapping screws as per the diagram below.

FOWLHOUSE 1.51W x 1.39D x 1.99Hm Assemble the side wall panels Step 3: Place parts S77 & S79L (sheets) on your worktable and tap or slide on part 36F (top channel) and part 36A (bottom channel). Make sure the small lip of the channels is always facing out. This ensures rainwater cannot build up inside your fowl house. Once the top and bottom channels have been fixed, attach the channel (C121) above the mesh on part S79L (sheet) with the provided 3 x 10mm rivets.

Step 5: Assemble the front wall panels Place part S80 (front wall sheet) on the worktable then fit parts 20T (top channel) and 20U (bottom channel) to the front wall sheeting and fix with self-tapping screws. Secure the iron mesh by riveting part C121 (channel) onto part 20T (top channel). It’s recommended you fix the back part first, then the front.

Fit the panels together Step 7: Attach the two side walls to the back wall, then fit the front wall by fixing 2 x parts Z34, 1 x part Z35 and 1 x part Z36 (corner bracing) Fix all of these components together using the provided self-tapping screws as per the diagram below.
