P10/15/30 and P50 Operator's Panel Service Kit - P/N 1028327
This instruction sheet describes the procedure for replacing the operator's
panel on a ProBluet model P10/15/30 or P50 adhesive melter.

CAUTION: Before handling electrical components, ground
yourself by touching any bare-metal part of the chassis or
another grounded structure. Failure to properly ground yourself
can cause electrostatic discharge resulting in damage to the
CPU board.

the six threaded spacers and lock washers.

  • Page 2 Detach the electrical enclosure door by removing the four M5 screws and matching washers. Detach the operator’s panel from both hinges by removing the four locknuts. Assemble the new operator’s panel to the hinges, and then re-attach the electrical enclosure door.
