Safety Considerations SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS • Sentinel Eliminator TotalGuard™ filter is a vessel under pressure containing a hot fluid. In the interests of reliable long term operation, it is strongly recommended that the Sentinel Eliminator TotalGuard filter is only installed by a qualified plumber or heating engineer. -

General Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Sentinel Eliminator TotalGuard central heating filter is designed for the effective removal of all types of debris associated with wet central heating systems. Sophisticated hydrocyclone technology is employed to remove both magnetic (such as magnetite) and non-magnetic particles with equal effectiveness. -

System Design SYSTEM DESIGN The Sentinel Eliminator TotalGuard filter is suitable for use on sealed and open vented wet central heating systems with 22mm pipework only. Please do not attempt to install on a 28mm system: the cyclones are not optimised for the flow rates normally associated with these larger systems. -

Dosing DOSING It is possible to use the Sentinel Eliminator TotalGuard filter as a chemical dosing point for Sentinel’s Rapid Dose products following the sequence below: Step 1: Assemble dosing adaptor in line with the Rapid-Dose instructions (for use with bleed pin). -
