Intended use
This product incorporates a red laser pointer, a LED flashlight, a pointer and a writing pen. The product is
powered by four LR41 batteries.
Unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the device are inadmissible because of safety reasons. Any
usage other than described above is not permitted and can damage the product and lead to associated risks
such as short-circuit, fire, etc. Please read the operating instructions thoroughly and keep them for further
reference.

Safety instructions
We do not assume liability for resulting damages to property or personal injury if the
product has been abused in any way or damaged by improper use or failure to observe
these operating instructions. The warranty/ guarantee will then expire!
The icon with exclamation mark indicates important information in the operating
instructions. Carefully read the whole operating instructions before operating the device,
otherwise there is risk of danger.
Persons / Product
The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children!
Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.
The product must not be subjected to heavy mechanical stress.
The product must not be exposed it to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, intense vibration, or
dampness.
Laser
When operating the laser equipment, always make sure that the laser beam is directed so that no one is
in the projection area and that unintentionally refl ected beams (e.g., from reflective objects) cannot be
directed into areas where people are present.
Laser radiation can be dangerous, if the laser beam or its reflection enters unprotected eyes. Therefore,
before using the laser equipment, familiarise yourself with the statutory regulations and instructions for
operating such a laser device.
Never look into the laser beam and never point it at people or animals. Laser radiation can seriously
damage your eyes.
If laser radiation enters your eyes, close your eyes immediately and move your head away from the beam.
If your eyes have been irritated by laser radiation, do not continue to carry out tasks with safety implications,
such as working with machines, working from great heights or close to high voltage. Also, do not operate
any vehicles until the irritation has completely subsided.
Do not point the laser beam at mirrors or other refl ective surfaces. The uncontrolled, reflected beam may
strike people or animals.
Never open the device. Setting or maintenance tasks must only be executed by a trained specialist familiar
with potential hazards. Improperly executed adjustments might result in dangerous laser radiation.
The product is equipped with a class 2 laser. Laser signs in different languages are included in the package.
If the sign on the laser is not written in the language of your country, please affix the appropriate sign onto
the laser.
Caution: if operation settings or procedures other than those described in these instructions are used, it
could lead to exposure to dangerous radiation.
Batteries
Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the batteries.
Batteries should be removed from the device if it is not used for a long period of time to avoid damage
through leaking. Leaking or damaged batteries might cause acid burns when in contact with skin, therefore
use suitable protective gloves to handle corrupted batteries.
Batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave the battery lying around, as there is risk, that
children or pets swallow it.
All the batteries should be replaced at the same time. Mixing old and new batteries in the device can lead
to battery leakage and device damage.
Batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never recharge non-rechargeable
batteries. There is a risk of explosion!
Miscellaneous
Servicing, adjustment or repair works must only be carried out by a specialist/ specialist workshop.

Inserting the Batteries
1.
To open the battery compartment, unscrew the middle part of the unit.
2.
Insert four LR41 batteries into the battery compartment (2) while observing the correct polarity.
3.
Close the battery compartment.

Operation
1.
To use the pointer (1), grasp the tip of the unit and pull it out from the end.
2.
To use the pen, twist out the pen cap at the tip of the pointer.
3.
To use the LED flashlight (6), hold the unit with the pointer pointing towards yourself. Press and hold the
button LED (3).
4.
To use the red laser beam (5), hold the unit with the pointer pointing towards yourself. Press and hold the
button LASER (4).
7.
Disposal
General
In order to preserve, protect and improve the quality of environment, protect human health and
utilise natural resources prudently and rationally, the user should return unserviceable product to
relevant facilities in accordance with statutory regulations.
The crossed-out wheeled bin indicates the product needs to be disposed separately and not as
municipal waste.
Batteries / rechargeable batteries
The user is legally obliged (battery regulation) to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries.
Disposing used batteries in the household waste is prohibited! Batteries/ rechargeable
batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin. The
symbol indicates that the product is forbidden to be disposed via the domestic refuse. The
chemical symbols for the respective hazardous substances are Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury,
Pb = Lead.
You can return used batteries/ rechargeable batteries free of charge to any collecting point of your
local authority, our stores or where batteries/ rechargeable batteries are sold.
Consequently you comply with your legal obligations and contribute to environmental protection!
