9 Maintenance

• Carefully remove dirt from the pump on a regular basis
using a dry duster.
• Never use liquids or aggressive cleaning agents.
10 Energy Efficiency Index (EEI)
• To activate the EEI mode for EEI measurement, press
and hold the operating button for 9 seconds, then
release.

The top LED row lights up constantly.
The botton LEDs flash constantly at 1-second inter -

vals in succession from left to right.
This mode is deactivated in the same manner as it is acti -
vated.
NOTICE
The high efficiency pump is able to modulate the
motor speed itself.
The EEI measurement must be carried out on a
pump with cast iron pump housing. It allows to
confirm the EEI compliancy of the pump.
If necessary, please contact your Wilo contact
person.

11 Faults, causes and remedies

The troubleshooting must only be carried out by a qual -
ified specialist, and work on the electrical connection
must only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
