Obey the procedures given

Make sure that the landing gear safety pins are installed
(3)
Seal the inlets and outlets of the refrigeration pack compartments (AMM 21-50-00/1) with
polyethylene film and adhesive tape.
(4)
Seal the forward electronic compartment air-exhaustion grilles (AMM 21-26-00/1) with
polyethylene film and adhesive tape.
(5)
Seal the AOA vanes and their attachment bases on the fuselage (AMM 27-36-00/1) with
polyethylene film and adhesive tape.
(6)
Make sure that the main door (AMM 52-10-00/1) and the cargo door (AMM 52-30-00/1) are
closed.

To clean the aircraft, using the wet wash procedure do as follows:
(a)
Prepare the cleaning solution in a dilution ratio of 20% in volume of detergent to one
liter of water.
CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY IN LARGE AREAS WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY CLEANED
BEFORE THE SOLUTION DRIES ON THE SURFACE. STAINS CAN OC-
CUR, IF THE SOLUTION DRIES ON THE SURFACE.
(b)
Apply solution to the heavily dirty areas with a soft-bristle sweeping brush or cloth.
(c)
Let the cleaning solution soak for approximately 5 minutes.
CAUTION:
(d)
Fully flush with clean water. Make sure that the solution is fully removed.

SENSORS (AOA) (AMM 27-36-00/1) OR OTHER MECHANICAL, ELEC-
TRICAL OR HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS. LIQUIDS THAT GET INTO
THESE AREAS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE.
KEEP THE NOZZLE OF THE SPRAY EQUIPMENT MORE THAN 304
mm (12 in) AWAY FROM THE SURFACE OF THE AIRPLANE. THE
SPRAY CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACE.
