    Directions for Use NOTE: A stethoscope (not included) is necessary to properly obtain a blood pressure reading. 1. Place the cuff about 1 inch above the bend of the resident’s left elbow. Ensure no clothing is between the cuff and the resident’s arm. Check for correct fit by making sure you can insert two fingers between the cuff and skin surface and also make sure that the symbol is directly...

    To do this, ensure that the needle lies in the small black rectangle at the bottom of the gauge when the cuff is deflated. If it does not, discontinue use of the device and contact Direct Supply.
