EQUIPMENT CARE
In the event that the bulb fails
1. Secure the base and then carefully
counter clockwise rotate the diffuser
and remove carefully.
2. Loosen the lamp securing screws,
slide the lamp securing element over
the lamp
3. Gently remove the bulb and replace
with a new identical bulb, re-attach
the
lamp
securing
carefully place the diffuser over the
lamp and tighten clockwise.
Ensure a good seal is achieved.
Never push the equipment beyond its design limits. If it
will not do what you want with reasonable ease and speed,
assume you have the wrong equipment for the job. Contact
HSS Hire for advice.
Keep the equipment clean - you will find this less of a
chore if you clean it regularly, rather than wait until the end
of the hire period.
Do not use any chemicals or solvents to clean the light,
wipe it over with a damp cloth or sponge.
When not in use, store the equipment somewhere clean,
dry and secure.
FINISHING OFF
Unplug the unit, allow it to cool and give it a clean.
Finally, neatly coil the power supply cable ready for
return to HSS Hire.
