4.2 Infrared remote control

Inserting / replacing batteries in the remote

1. Gently open the battery compartment cover by sliding it towards the
bottom edge of the remote control and lifting it upwards when the latch is
opened - in the direction indicated by the arrow in the picture above.
2. Insert/replace the batteries (2xAAA) paying attention to their polarity -
drawings embossed in the battery compartment may help.
3. Carefully close the battery compartment with a flap, inserting it and sliding
it into place until the latch closes.
