4.1 Basic Button Operations

Button & Jack
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, the device power is turned ON.
Power ON/OFF
When you press the power button for 2 seconds during use, the power is OFF
The radio transmits messages when pressing PTT button. It receives messages when
releasing the PTT button.
PTT Button
In order to have clear sound when transmitting, it is recommended to speak around
5~10cm away from the MIC.
+/- Button can adjust the call sound by using, and if you press the [+] button,
Volume/Menu
the sound will be increases if you press the [-] button, the sound will be
+/- Button
smaller. In the menu, you can move to the menu item.
Channel Menu Regularly UP / DOWN buttons are for the channel selection.
UP / Down Button In the menu screen, it moves through different functions (UP&DOWN).
When pressing Zone button, zone registered in the program will be selected in order.
Zone Button
You can choose channel by using UP/DOWN button in selected zone.
When pressing the menu button one more time while in the menu, it moves to detailed
menu section of the selected one.
Menu Button
Cancel/Return Press the button to return to previous item in menu.
Button In the menu setting screen, it functions as cancel button.
Short press is Programmable Key.
Long Press of button more than 2 seconds is as follows:
P1, P2, P3
Button
Press the button to enter the contact list programmed into the radio such as Private,
Contact Button
Group and All Call.
EAR/MIC Jack This jack is used to connect external speaker Mic, and headset, etc
This LED displays the operating status of the device
LED indication
P Button Short Key
P1 Programmable
P2 Programmable
P3 Programmable
① TX : Red Lamp.
③ Green blinks: when the frequency is the same but the color code does not match.
④ Low Battery: Red Lamp blinks with "beep" sound
Operation Description
Long Key
Key Lock ON / OFF(Temporarily)
Flash Light ON / OFF
Vibration ON / OFF
