3. Remove the drive wheel.
4. Install a new drive wheel in the opposite sequence.
To lubricate the guide rollers
1. Use a grease gun to fill the grease nipples with
grease.
2. Lubricate with the grease gun until clean grease
comes out from the holes.
To replace the guide rollers
The guide rollers must be examined 2 times during the
life of the cutting blade. Do a check after the installation
of the cutting blade and when the cutting blade starts to
become worn. Replace the guide rollers when half of the
flange on the guide rollers is worn. On a new guide

roller, the distance (A) is 3 mm/0.12 in. On a worn guide
roller, the distance (B) is less than 1.5 mm/0.06 in.
1. Remove the support roller guard.
2. Remove the cutting blade.
3. Remove the knob.
