Grease the auger, jack-shaft, & blower shaft bearings every 25 hours. Do not over grease. Usually,
one or two pumps is sufficient. Additional lubrication may be required in extremely harsh or dirty
conditions.
Check the gearbox every 100 hours or seasonally. If necessary, add 80-90 weight gear oil. Gearbox
should be approximately half full.

Fan Drive Belt Re place ment
1. Re move the main drive cover form the snow blower.
2. Re lease the belt ten sion springs for the gear box drive and the fan drive belts.
3. Re move the four bolts (See Fig ure 1) from the bracket that holds the rear blower shaft bear ing.
4. Ro tate the bracket as shown in Fig ure 2.

5. Re move the gear box drive belt. Re move the old fan drive belt and in stall a new belt. Re in stall the
gear box drive belt.
6. Ro tate the bracket back into place and in stal the four bolts.
7. Ap ply the belt ten sion springs for the gear box drive and fan drive belts.
8. Re in stall the main drive cover.
