To remove the passenger side headrest on a 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid:

1. Pull the headrest up.
2. While pulling, press the lock release button.
3. Continue pulling the headrest upward until it is fully removed.

To conserve energy, when the brakes are applied the braking force generates electricity which is then sent to the traction battery.
