General description General Instructions Outdoor cubicles: cgmcosmos, cgm.3 and cgm.800 systems General description Ormazabal's outdoor cubicle systems, formed by di erent con gurations, are designed following the requirements set out in International Electrotechnical Committee (IEC) standards. This GI document supplements the general instructions of the switchgear system of the cubicles, namely the IG-078 in the case of cgm, IG-136 in the case of cgm.3, or IG-284 in the case of cgm.800.

Operations sequence for replacing cubicles on site The following sequence describes the operations to be followed for dismantling and removing the external enclosure. 1. Follow steps 1 to 3 in the above sequence for access to the driving mechanisms and cable compartment.

From inside the cable compartment, unscrew the 12 DIN933M8 hex bolts (6 on each side) that secure the cubicles to the external enclosure. Tool: 13 open-end wrench. If a relief duct is tted, also unscrew the 12 M8 bolts (DIN 933) for anchoring the assembly to the relief duct, located at the bottom rear.
