  • Page 2 3. Then remove the black packing pieces from the rear axle. These can be discarded. 4. Slide the axle through the rear body of the car.
  • Page 3 5. Start with the non-gearbox side, this is the side without a hole through the car body to the battery compartment. Take one short, one long, and two washers from the assembly pack. 6. Slide on in the order shown here, washer first, then the small and large spacers, then a washer on the outside.
  • Page 4 7. Slide on a wheel, then use a washer and clip to secure the wheel in place. 8. Take the remaining spacer and a washer.
  • Page 5 9. Slide on to the gearbox side of the car as shown. 10. Take the motor, being careful not to pull or damage the wires.
  • Page 6 11. Slide the motor in to the car body, carefully pushing the wires through first. Then slide on a wheel. 12. Secure in place with a washer and clip.
  • Page 7 13. Moving to the front axle, take a clip and two washers. 14. Slide a washer on to the axle first.
  • Page 8 15. Then slide on a wheel, a washer, and the clip to secure. Repeat for the other front wheel. 16. Take the four wheel trims, clip them on to the wheels.
  • Page 9 17. Take the windscreen part. 18. Push it in to the car body until it clips in to place.
  • Page 10 19. Take the wing mirrors and clip them in to the car body. 20. Move to the steering column, remove the steering wheel securing nut and bolt.
  • Page 11 21. Take the steering wheel, and firmly push the two connectors together. Make sure these are totally fast, as the sounds will not work if the connection is loose. 22. Slide the connectors and cable down in to the car body. Before pushing on the steering wheel, make sure there is black insulation to protect the cables inside.
  • Page 12 23. Take the rear spoiler, and find the small connector. 24. Find the connector inside the rear of the car, and push the two connectors firmly together. Push the spoiler in to the body.
  • Page 13 25. Move to the battery compartment, and find the yellow/blue wire connector from the motor. Connect it firmly to the corresponding connector in the battery compartment. 26. Find the smaller cable from the motor, with red and black wires. Push this connector firmly in to the socket marked 'Brake Connector' on the control box.
  • Page 14 27. VERY IMPORTANT - Finally, take the red and black connector from the battery, and plug it in to the corresponding connector in the battery compartment. This is a very important stage, as the car will not work unless the battery is connected. 28.
  • Page 15 29. Take the seat. 30. Clip it in to place on the car.
  • Page 16 31. The finished car should look like this. After a full charge, the car will be ready to use.
