2. The rear axle is secured to the front with ties. Remove the ties and rear axle. 3. Remove the black packing pieces and discard them.

4. Slide the axle through the car body. 5. From the assembly pack, take two spacers and two washers.

6. Slide them on to the non-gearbox side of the car (the side without a hole through to the car body), as shown here. 7. Take a wheel and slide it on to the axle.

8. Take a washer and wheel securing clip. 9. Slide on a washer, and secure the wheel with the clip as shown.

10. Move to the drive side of the axle. Take the motor unit. 11. Slide it on to the axle; feed the cables through to the inside of the car as shown.

12. Take the motor spacer. 13. Slide it over the motor unit, then slide a wheel over this.

14. Secure in place with a washer and clip. 15. Move to the front axle, take two washers and a wheel clip.

16. Slide on a washer first. Then slide on a wheel, and finally, a washer and clip to secure, in the same was as the rear wheels. Repeat for both front wheels. 17. Take the wheel trims and clip them over the wheels.

18. The trims will locate in to place as shown. 19. Turn the car over.

20. Move to the battery compartment. 21. Take the cable from the motor with yellow and blue wires. Find the corresponding connector from the control box, and firmly push them together.

22. Locate the small connector with blue and yellow wires. Firmly connect this to the yellow and blue cable that comes from the control box, noted 'Steering Motor'. This is the connection for the remote control steering. 23. VERY IMPORTANT - Locate the red and black wires from the battery. Firmly connect these to the corresponding red and black wires from the control box.

24. Take four screws from the assembly pack. 25. Take the battery compartment cover, locate it in place, and secure with the four screws.

26. Take the seat. 27. Turn the bar to horizontal, and slide the seat in to place in the car. Turning the bar vertical will lock it in to place.

28. Take the windscreen and bonnet parts. 29. Push them in to place on the front of the car until they firmly clip in to place.

30. Take the steering wheel connector, and firmly connect the steering wheel. 31. Slide the connectors down in to the car body, and before pushing on the steering wheel, ensure that there is black insulation between the car body and steering wheel to protect the wires inside.

32. Take the steering wheel nut and bolt and secure in place. 33. Take the rear 'spare' wheel, and open the compartment as shown.

34. Locate it in to place on the rear of the car. You will need to push the clips from inside the wheel part to clip it in to place. Push where you can see the orange showing through in this picture, and repeat for both sides.

36. Locate the corresponding connector on the car, and firmly push them together. Clip the spoiler in to place. 37. Take the two spoiler parts.

38. Clip them in to place on the car. 39. The car assembly is now complete. After a full charge, the car will be ready to use. www.quadimport.fr...
