  • Page 7 Before assembly read instruction carefully.Assemble grill on a clean, flat surface. This unit is heavy. 1.Attach the gas Lid(18-1) and charcoal lid(18-2) to the firebox (17) by inserting hinge pins (I) through the holes on the upper hinges and lower hinges Insert cotter pins (J) into the ends of the hinge pins (I).
  • Page 8 4.Take out casters (37) and screw them tightly into the bottom holes of legs. 5.Turn the grill assembly upright and attach Stabilizing Plate(Left)(32),Stabilizing Plate(33),Stabilizing Plate(Right)(34) to the legs.Use hardware M6 x 12 bolts(D)and M6 Nuts (F). 6.Install the ash pan (31)and Install the drip pan (30) under the gas section.
  • Page 9 7.Assemble accessories shelf (21) charcoal section using hardware M6 x 12 bolts (D). See illustration below. 8.Assemble the control panel (20) to the gas section by using hardware M6 x 12 bolts (D). Install the knobs (16) to the panel. Tighten all connections.
  • Page 10 9.Attach the burners (14) into gas valve body using hardware M5 × 8bolt(C). See the illustration as below. 10. Install the knobs (16) to the side burner with regulator and hose (15). Assemble the side burner to the body. Use hardware M6 x 12 bolts (D) and M6 Nuts (F).Insert the regulator as shown.
  • Page 11 11.Attach theSmoker Side Handle (22) with Smoker Handle Base(23)and the Smoker Handle (25) with Smoker Handle Base(23)to the Smoker (24) using M6× 25bolts (E). And to the firebox Use hardware M6 x 12 bolts(D)and M6 Nuts (F). Tighten all connections at this time.

Install the flame shields (13) over the burner. 14.The thermometer Bottom(5) to the lid using M6 × 35 bolts(G) and M6 Nuts (F) , Unscrew the pre-assembled nut from the Thermometer (6).

By turning the crank handle, the charcoal tray can be raised or lowered to desired height. This allows for different heat settings depending on the food you are cooking and the temperature you want to cook at. It also allows easy cleaning of the interior of the firebox after the unit has cooled down completely.
