The insertion loss reflects the typical coaxial fixture loss profile where at the low
frequencies the loss is at or slightly below the maximum loss limit then slopes to near
the minimum loss limit.
The QSFP-DD Legacy channels are showing more resonances at the higher
frequencies. The board impedance is low by 5% to 6% on some of the Legacy channels.
