4. Attach the upper support bracket to the WRA fork clamp using M5x25 bolts, washers and both long spacers. Loosely attach the front fender section at the
underside. Straighten and center the fender and then mark the fender where the two holes in the front bracket are located. Remove the fender and then drill two
10mm (3/8") holes where you have marked the fender. Install the rubber grommets and bushings into the drilled holes.
5. Attach the front fender section from below at the front holes first, using M5x25 bolts and the reinforcement bracket, placing three large washers above the
fender as spacers. The rear fender section must now be slid over the front section. Loosely attach the fenders from below with M5x25 screws and washers. If your
bike has a 19" wheel, the rear fender section should be positioned all the way in and if you have a 21" front wheel, position all the way out. Then tighten the
screws.
6. Attach the front fender section to the upper support bracket with M6x20 screws, washers top and bottom and self locking nuts.
7. Reinstall the front wheel and torque the axel to 50NM (37 ft. lbs.) Reinstall the brake calipers and torque to 30NM (22 ft. lbs.)
8. Take the bike off the center stand and compress the suspension a few times. Then tighten the axel clamping bolts to 19NM (14 ft. lbs.)
