    - Keep at a distance when lifting and never stand under the load. - Do not use the clamp if damaged; have the clamp repaired by Gunnebo Lifting fi rstly, or by a recognised mechanical repair centre. If in doubt, please consult your dealer.

    - Check whether the clamp has any visible damage. - Operate the spindle to check whether the clamp opens and closes smoothly. CSB/CSBW - Check that the threaded spindle is free of dirt and if necessary clean it with a wire brush.

    When reassembling the clamps, assemble all parts in reverse order. To ensure the safety of the clamp, only use the original Gunnebo Lifting replacement parts when repairing the clamp.     Tillåtna Applikationer CSB/CSBW CSB(W)-lyfthandskar är endast lämpliga för att lyfta och hantera stålbalkar (T, UNP, INP, IPE, HE, etc.) och -lister. Tillåtna positioner för att använda de två lyfthandskarna är: - lyft och hantering från en vertikal position.

    - Kontrollera om lyfthandsken har synliga skador. - Slå till spindeln för att kontrollera att lyfthandsken öppnas och stängs utan problem. Detta gäller inte bara dina egna inspektioner, utan även inspektioner som utförs av auktoriserade Gunnebo Lifting återförsäljare.     Sicherheitsvorschriften durch! Um Ihre eigene Sicherheit zu gewährleisten und um sich auf die Sicherheit unserer Produkte berufen zu können, muss die Klemme mindestens einmal (1x) pro Jahr durch Gunnebo Lifting oder einen anderen Fachbetrieb überprüft, getestet und bei Bedarf überholt werden.

    Abhängig von den konstatierten Mängeln muss die Klemme demontiert und gereinigt werden gemäß Kapitel 6 “Demontage/Montage”. Oder lassen Sie die Klemme überholen von Gunnebo Lifting oder einen anderen anerkannten Fachbetrieb. Bei den CSS-Schraubklemmen handelt es sich um ein Sicherheitswerkzeug, dass beim Einsatz sauber sein muss.

    - Eventuell entstandener Metallgrat mit einer Feile entfernen. Bei der Montage sind alle Teile in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zu montieren. Dabei sind stets originale Gunnebo Lifting zu verwenden. Nach der Montage ist die Klemme auf einer zertifi zierten Testbank zu ziehen.
