- Page 2 StowAway Rod Holder Instructions: 1. Position a tube against the outside bracket (A), with the larger mounting holes away from the bracket. Push a bolt through the outer hole, oval washer, inner hole, and bracket as shown. Cut the wire tie holding the oval washer and insert the second bolt through the matching holes as above.
