4. The camera' s video screen is corrupted
(1) If the video is corrupted when watching live video,
A. log out of the APP and log in again, then refresh the phone
screen to watch;
B. remove the camera from the APP and adjust the installation
position of the camera to avoid direct sunlight.
C. re-bind and see if video is normal;
(2) If the video is normal when watch live video, video playback
is corrupted.It is suggested to replace a better quality memory
card into the camera.
(3) When the video mode is HD,and the camera was focused on
the environment with a lot of colors or changes,it is easy to be
corrupted.In this case,you can set it to SD
5. No push notifications when alarming.
Check the settings of your phone to ensure the push notifications
are allowed. Refer pic 26,27&28.
