If your $washer nas tne
SUDSMISER System It has two drain
hoses One hose drains wash water Into
the storage tub the other carries rinse
water to the drain
The storage tub should hold at
least 20 gallons (76 liters) If you do not
want tore-use wash water, leave the
stopper out of the storage tub so the
water drans av\ay
To Save Wash Water
Be sure tile stopper is In the
storage tub The SUDS-MISER system
does not save wash !.vater from the
PERMANENT PRESS Qcle
In the PERMANENT PRESS Cycle
part of the wash water IS drolned
away (with par+ of tne detergent)
Then the washer fills agatr with cold
water This helps keep permanent
press fabrics frxr Nrinklrng durtng the
spin
To Re-Use Wash Water
To pump the used wash water
back into the washer push in the
Cycle Control Kr.ob Turr It to the rtgh'
(c:ockwtse) so It points to SUDS just
before the time numbers in the REGU-
LAR HEAVY Cycle.
Pull the Control Knob out The

water Into the basket About an inch
of water WI/I stay in the storage tub
This water WIII contan most of the soit
that settles out
When the washer IS fintshed
