    2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION MONZUN M2/ M2.1 and MONZUN M3/ M3.1 adsorption air dryers are intended for drying compressed oil- free air from compressors used in dental equipment in dental offices and laboratories.

    MONZUN M2, M3 3. DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS Drying and regeneration occur concurrently in two separate chambers. First the compressed air is cooled in the cooler with forced circulation and is filtered and dried in the first chamber. Within the second chamber, the desiccant inside the chamber is regenerated by the dry air supplied from the first chamber and all removed condensate water is drained from the chamber.

    Before starting any work, disconnect the equipment from all power sources and vent the air tank to zero! MONZUN M2 and MONZUN M3 air dryers are installed directly by the manufacturer for the appropriate type of compressor. The installation of such dryers on compressors that are already used and operating is completed following the separate installation guides delivered along with the product.

    MONZUN M2, M3 OPERATION 6. PRODUCT OPERATION Proper dryer operation depends on the compressor activity and does not require any operation. The pressure vessel does not need to be drained as the compressed air into the air tank is already dried.

    MONZUN M2, M3 The equipment, in particular the cooling fan must be kept clean to ensure the long-term efficiency of the cooler – the cooling fins must be cleaned occasionally to remove any dust. 9.     Der MONZUN M2 Adsorptionstrockner ist für die Installation auf einem passenden EKOM-Kompressor konzipiert. Die MONZUN M2/ M2.1 und MONZUN M3/ M3.1 Trockner wurden für eine Installation an der Wand gebaut sowie für die Verbindung mit ölfreien EKOM-Kompressoren und mit Kompressoren von anderen Herstellern.

    MONZUN M2, M3 3. BESCHREIBUNG DER FUNKTIONEN Das Trocknen und Aufbereiten findet derzeit in zwei unterschiedlichen Kammern statt. Zuerst wird die Druckluft mit erzwungener Zirkulation im Kühler gekühlt, dann wird sie in der ersten Kammer gefiltert und getrocknet. In der zweiten Kammer wird das sich dort befindende Trocknungsmittel durch die Trockenluft, die von der ersten Kammer geliefert wird, aufbereitet und das ganze entfernte Kondenswasser wird aus der Kammer abgelassen.

    Installationsanleitungen, die zusammen mit dem Produkt geliefert werden, vorgenommen. Bevor die MONZUN M2.1 und MONZUN M3.1 Trockner installiert werden, müssen Sie zuerst 10mm große Öffnungen von 240-250 x 125 mm Größe bohren und Anker und Schrauben befestigen, um den Trockner in der Wand in der Nähe des Kompressors zu verankern.

    MONZUN M2, M3 BEDIENUNG 5. PRODUKTBEDIENUNG Die richtige Bedienung des Trockners hängt ab von der Aktivität des Kompressors und benötigt keinerlei besondere Bedienung. Der Druckbehälter muss nicht abgelassen werden, da die Druckluft im Druckluftspeicher bereits trocken ist.  Die Einstellungen des Arbeitsdrucks für den Druckschalter, die vom Hersteller eingestellt sind, können nicht geändert werden.
