2: Taking Temperature in ear
Remove the front cover. Keep pressing Power/Scan
button, then fit the probe into the ear canal. When the
measurement process is finished, you will hear a beep
sound. Then, you can release the Scan button, and pull the
probe out to read the result.
3: Taking the Forehead Temperature :
Make sure that the front cover is put on.
Press Power/Scan button to take the forehead temperature.

The Best Measurement Conditions

The LANAFORM® thermometer is featured with the best measurement
conditions function. When taking temperatures, the temperature (C°
or °F) symbol will blink if the system detects that it is not in the ready
(measurable) state (see Figure1,2).
At this moment, the system keeps issuing short and rapid beeps (press
any button to stop the temperature taking). Do not proceed further until
the symbol stop blinking and the beep sound stops.

Battery Power Display

The low battery symbol will be shown at the lower part of the screen
during the low battery power.
Replace the battery as soon as possible.
However, you may continue to use it. (see figure 3)
When the battery power comes to the lowest value, the screen displays a
"Lo" sign, the battery symbol on the screen blinks and beeps sounds are
triggered .(see figure 4)
It cannot work until the battery is replaced. At this moment, press any
button to turn it off.

Battery Replacement

Removal: Push the battery cover downwards to open the battery cover.
Install: Please use one 3V CR2032 Lithium battery, place the negative
lead down and insert the battery into the bracket.
