Assembly Instructions
Your package should contain the following:
Components:
1 - Toolbar Assembly with wheel arms attached
1 - Steel Wheel
2 - Steel Dust Caps (For wheel assembly)
3 - Cultivator Teeth
2 - Solid Wood Handles
1 - Tapered Dowel Rod
2 - 8" Sweeps S100 & S101 (*Deluxe Package only*)
Bolts:
1 - 3/8" x 2-1/4" shoulder bolt with nylon lock nut. (Used for wheel assembly)
4 - 1/4" x 1-1/2" carriage head bolts with 1/4" flat washer, 1/4" lock washer and 1/4" nut.
(Used for handle assembly)
3 - 3/8" x 1-1/2" carriage head bolts with 3/8" flanged nut. (Used for mounting cultivator
teeth)
2 - 1" Wood Screws
2 - Special Squared bolts with flanged nuts (used for mounting sweeps)
Tools Required : (NOTE: *Tools Not Included in Package*)
1 - 7/16" wrench
1 - 1/2" wrench
1 - 9/16" wrench
1 - 3/16" Allen wrench
1 - Phillips Screw Driver

  • Page 4 Outfitting your Hoss with sweeps S100 and S101. 1. Remove the cultivator teeth from the host toolbar (keep the bolts and nuts with the teeth) 2. With the special square head bolts inserted from the bottom of the sweep upward and the flanged nut in place, position the flange nut into the quick change hole on the tool bar and slide to the desired position and tighten.
