Before You Begin

Observe all local plumbing and building codes.
Shut off the main water supply.
Carefully inspect the waste and supply tubing for any sign of
damage.
For new installations, install the faucet and drain to the lavatory
before installing the lavatory.
Faucet body should be installed no more than 1-1/8" (2.9 cm)
from the lip of the lavatory rim for the sensor to work. The faucet
body thickness is 2-1/4" (5.7 cm) or 2-3/8" (6 cm) with base.
If not using the optional thermostatic mixing valve, note that the
faucet has a single 1/2" NPSM inlet for cold or tempered water.
Four alkaline D-size batteries are included.
NOTE: In areas where the water has a high particulate level, install
a 20-micron water filter in the water supply line.
