1 ) Micro Blower, Driver and Wire Harness Introduction
NIDEC COPAL ELECTRONICS offers two Micro Blower product lines:
The TF037 series which has 4 part numbers and the TF029B series which has one part number.
The TF029B only needs one harness, it is used to connect the driver to the power supply.
The TF037 requires two harnesses, one to connect the driver to the blower and the other to connect
the driver to the power supply.

- Page 2 2) How to connect TF037 Series Micro Blower to the Driver *Applicable P/N’s : TF037C-2000-F, TF037C-2100-F TF037F-2000-F, TF037E-2000-F Connect the wire harness to the TF037 Micro Blower and then connect the other end of the harness to the driver. Note: Both connectors on the ends of the harness are the same.
- Page 3 3) How to connect TF029B Series Micro Blower to the Driver *Applicable P/N’s : TF029B-2000-F 1) The TF029B will have wire leads instead of pins. 2) Please connect each lead wire to the pins located on the driver via the tightening screws. 3) Connect as shown on the right.
- Page 4 4) How to connect the driver to the power supply. *Applicable to all models. 1) Connect the 6-wire harness to the driver. Make sure the connector’s holding tab is on the top side when connecting the driver. 2) An instruction manual comes with each Micro Blower.
