Trouble shooting

Before you report the problem of the product, please check the table below.
Problem
The product
does not work
at all .
The product
works but the
dehumidifying
function does
not work .

Check
• Check whether
the product is not
plugged in.
• Check whether the
Water Full indicator
( ) blinks.
• Check whether the
Water Full indicator
( ) blinks even
though there is
no water in the
container.
• Check whether
the set humidity is
applied.
• The current
humidity is low.

Solution
• Plug in the product correctly.
• Empty the water in the water
container.
• Insert the water container back into
the product correctly. If the Water
Full indicator is still turned on, check
whether the Water Full detector is
not placed in the correct position.
• If the current humidity is lower
than set humidity, dehumidifying
function does not operate.
If you select the continuous
dehumidifying function, the
dehumidifying function works
continuously regardless of current
humidity.
• Dehumidifying capacity can vary
depending on the humidity of
the location where you use the
product. If the product is used in a
place where the humidity is low, the
dehumidifying capacity decreases
or the dehumidifying function does
not work.
