Maintenance

Cut off the power and unplug the adaptor from the socket
before conducting the following operations.

Soak a soft cloth into water or warm water
containing 3 % - 5 % of kitchen neutral
detergent, and wipe the surface after
wring it thoroughly.

Use the cloth soaked with
clean water and thoroughly
wrung to wipe the cleaning
solution, and leave it to dry
naturally.
Do not use chemicals such as thinner, benzine, alcohol, etc. to
clean the unit.
Be careful when using a denim fabric and a color cloth for wiping,
since the color of the cloth will dye the surface of the synthetic
leather.

Troubleshooting

Please conduct the following inspections. If you are still unable to resolve the
problem, in order to prevent accidents, please stop using, and entrust Panasonic
authorized service center for repair.

Possible causes and treatments
Power plug or appliance plug is loosening off. (Please
refer to EN9)
The switch is "off". (Please refer to EN10)

The time set is due (about 15 minutes).
If you apply excessive force to the massage wheel when
using the unit, for safety reasons, the massage wheel
may stop functioning.
Unplug the power plug, and re-plug the power plug for
use after an interval of 5 minutes.
The warm button is not pressed. (Please refer to EN12)
The warm feeling varies from different massage actions,
massage parts, room temperatures and clothes.
When the temperature is low in winter, heating will be
slow, and it may be difficult to feel warm.
There is rubbing sound produced by the massage balls
rubbing on the fabric. This sound is perfectly normal and
will not have any effect on the operation of the unit.
