• Vorbereitung
1. Kunststoffverkleidung an der Unterseite des Armaturen-
brettschirmes heraus hebeln. (siehe Fig. 1).
2. 2 Befestigungsschrauben entfernen und den Schirm ge-
rade heraus ziehen (siehe Fig. 2).
3. Befestigungsschrauben des Radios entfernen,
Rastfedern mit Rover-Schlüssel entriegeln und das Ra-
dio aus dem Schacht herausnehmen.
• Einbau mit Radio und Ablagefach
Radioblende vormontieren.
1. Das Ablagefach in die Radioblende einsetzen und mit
den Schrauben 4,2 x 13 befestigen (siehe Fig. 3).
2. 15 mm Schaumstoffstück hinten mittig unter das Ablage-
fach kleben (siehe Fig. 4).
• Einbau mit Radio und IDC A09
Radio-Blende mit IDC A09 vormontieren
Das Ablagefach wird hierfür nicht benötigt.
1. Für den Einbau eines IDC A09 muss dessen Kappenrah-
men demontiert werden.
2. 5 mm Schaumstoffstück mittig unter den IDC A09 kleben
(siehe Fig. 5).
3. Changer mit den beiden original Schrauben mit der Ra-
dio-Blende verschrauben (siehe Fig. 5).
• Radio-Einbau
1. Radio-Blende in den Einbauschacht einsetzen, Rastha-
ken einrasten lassen und die Blende verschrauben.
2. Einbaurahmen in die Blende schieben und so im Fahr-
zeug verschränken das ein fester Sitz gewährleistet ist
(siehe Fig. 6/6a).
Hinweis: Je nach Kappenstärke des Autoradios den
10 mm Distanzrahmen verwenden (siehe Fig. 7).
3. Beiliegenden Führungsbolzen auf den Rückwandbolzen
des Radios schrauben.
4. Radio über ein Blaupunkt-Adapterkabel (7 607 621 126
( 08/00) oder 7 607 621 102 (01/01 ) anschließen und
in den Einbaurahmen schieben bis es hörbar einrastet.
5. Armaturenbrett-Schirm wieder einsetzen und verschrau-
ben.
Hinweis: Die Kunststoffverkleidung (x) an der Unterseite
des Schirmes kann nicht wieder montiert werden, da der
dafür notwendige Raum von der Autoradio-Blende benö-
tigt wird (siehe Fig. 8).

• Preparation
1. Lever out the plastic trim on the underside of the instru-
ment panel screen (see Fig. 1).
2. Remove the 2 fastening screws and pull the screen straight
off (see Fig. 2).
3. Remove the radio's fastening screws, unlock the lock sp-
rings using the Rover key, and remove he radio from the
compartment.
• Installation using the radio and storage
compartment
Pre-assemble radio panel
1. Insert the storage compartment into the radio surround
panel and attach them to one another using the 4,2 x 13
screws (see Fig. 3).
2. Stick the 15 mm foam rubber block to the underside of
the storage compartment in a central position at the back
(see Fig. 4).
• Installation using the radio and IDC A09
Pre-assemble the radio surround panel and the
IDC A09
The storage compartment will not be required for this.
1. In order to install the IDC A09, you first have to dismantle
its cover frame.
2. Stick the 5 mm foam rubber block to the underside of the
IDC A09 in a central position (see Fig. 5).
3. Attach the changer to the radio surround panel using the
two original screws (see Fig. 5).
• Radio installation
1. Insert the radio surround panel into the installation com-
partment, make sure the snap-in clasps click into place
and secure the surround panel with screws.
2. Insert the mounting sleeve into the surround panel and
clasp it into position (bend the tabs) so as to establish a
secure fitting (see Fig. 6/6a).
Note: (depending on the car radio's cover thickness, you
may have to use the 10 mm spacer frame (see Fig. 7)).
3. Screw the supplied guide bolt onto the bolt located on the
radio's rear panel.
4. Use the Blaupunkt adapter cable (7 607 621 126 (up until
08/00) or 7 607 621 102 (from 01/01 onwards)) to connect
the radio, and push the radio into the mounting sleeve
until you hear it click into place.
5. Replace the instrument panel screen and secure it with
screws.
Note: The plastic trim (x) on the underside of the screen
cannot be refitted since the space required for this is now
