OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the contents from the shipping carton and take out the portable washdown kit to determine that all
pieces are included and undamaged. Read these instructions, then connect the water hoses and use it safely.
1. Connect the inlet hose (BLUE hose with filter on one end) to the inlet quick-connect fitting on pump
housing. NOTE: quick-connectors can be pressed together to connect. To release, slide the outer
collar back and disconnect.
2. Connect the outlet hose (BLACK hose) to the quick-connect fitting.
3. Connect the power plug to any cigarette lighter style power port or use the battery clip adaptor to
connect directly to battery posts (red clip to battery positive and black clip to battery negative).
4. Turn power switch ON. NOTE: The pump does not run until the spray nozzle is pressed to spray water.
This is an ON-DEMAND pump. Meaning the pump only runs when water is being sprayed.
5. Adjust the shape of the spray nozzle to achieve the desired spray pattern.
6. When finished spraying, disconnect both water hoses, coil and store in housing. Secure coils with
included Velcro straps.
7. Clean filter at end of inlet hose as needed. A second filter is located on side of pump housing inside the
hose compartment. To access the pump filter, remove the side panel to the hose compartment by lifting
it to release the hooks at the top corners. Tilt panel out and remove. A metal wrench is included to
remove clear filter cover by turning the clear cover counter-clockwise. Carefully remove filter and clean
with soft brush. Reassemble.
8. To use the garden hose fitting, remove the inlet filter from inlet hose. Insert garden hose fitting.
Attach to spigot.
