    4 Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme 4.1 Inbetriebnahme des mobilen Terminals Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des mobilen Terminals stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass der ab Werk in das mobile Terminal eingelegte Akku vollgeladen ist. Schließen Sie die Dockingstation über das mitgelieferte Netzteil an das Stromnetz an und legen Sie das mobile Terminal in die Dockingstation (falls im Lieferumfang enthalten) ein.

    5.1.8 Mobiles Terminal in die Dockingstation einlegen und entnehmen Um das mobile Terminal in die Dockingstation einzulegen, führen Sie dieses senkrecht nach unten. Um das mobile Terminal aus der Dockingstation zu entnehmen, führen Sie dieses senkrecht nach oben aus der Dockingstation heraus.

    Mobiles Terminal: Charge-LED leuchtet rot: Das mobile Terminal wird geladen. Charge-LED leuchtet grün: Das mobile Terminal ist vollständig geladen. Charge-LED leuchtet nicht: Es ist kein mobiles Terminal in die Dockingstation eingelegt. Beachten Sie bitte, dass zur korrekten Anzeige das mobile Terminal ausgeschaltet sein muss. Ist das mobile Terminal eingeschaltet, so leuchtet die Charge-LED immer rot, auch wenn der Akku bereits vollständig geladen ist.

    6 Ausbauvarianten des Mobilen Terminals 6.1 1D-Scanner Für das mobile Terminal steht optional ein 1D-Scanner zur Verfügung. Der Scanner befindet sich oben im Gehäuse unter der Scheibe. Die integrierte Hardware erlaubt verschiedene Stromsparmodi. Zur Ansteuerung des Scanmoduls ist von der ACD Elektronik GmbH ein Scannertreiber entwickelt worden. Das Programm sowie eine ausführliche Dokumentation und die Entwicklungsdateien sind bei der ACD Elektronik GmbH erhältlich.

    6.6 microSD-Karte Innerhalb des Gerätes ist ein microSD-Karten Steckplatz vorhanden, durch den der Speicher des mobilen Terminals erweitert werden kann. Das Einlegen der microSD-Karte darf nur durch geschultes Fachpersonal erfolgen. 6.7 HF-RFID Für das mobile Terminal steht optional HF-RFID zur Verfügung. Der HF-RFID Reader ist im mobilen Terminal integriert.

    14 Prior to initial commissioning 14.1 Commissioning the mobile terminal Please ensure that the battery inserted in the mobile terminal at the factory is fully charged before initial commissioning. Connect the docking station to the mains using the provided power supply unit and insert the mobile terminal into the docking station (if included in the scope of delivery).

    Mobile terminal: The charge LED is red: The mobile terminal is charging. The charge LED is green: The mobile terminal is fully charged. The charge LED is not lit: No mobile terminal is inserted in the docking station. Please note that the mobile terminal must be switched off in order to ensure a correct display. When the mobile terminal is switched on, the charge LED will always be red, even when the battery is fully charged.

    16 Mobile terminal expansion options 16.1 1D scanner A 1D scanner is available as an optional accessory for the mobile terminal. The scanner is located under the disc at the top of the housing. The integrated hardware allows for various energy-saving modes. ACD Elektronik GmbH has developed a scanner driver for controlling the scan module.
