3. Cleaning the sapphire heads

The heads can be cleaned of dust and skin residue with a brush

(an old toothbrush).
We also recommend that the heads are disinfected with stan-

dard disinfectant spray or 90% alcohol (available from your
pharmacist) to prevent the transfer of infections.
