Safety
• The lamp is for indoor use only.
• Never expose the lamp to impacts, shocks,
moisture or water.
• Do not place the lamp where it could fall into water
or any other type of liquid.
Batteries
1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the back
of the lamp.
2. Insert 4 × AA/LR6 batteries (sold separately). Follow
the battery markings to ensure correct polarity. Never
mix old and new batteries. Never mix rechargeable
and non-rechargeable batteries.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover.
Mains adaptor (sold separately)
On the back of the lamp there is a socket for a power
adaptor (art.no 36-4447, sold separately). Set the
adaptor to 4.5 V (see instruction manual for adaptor)
and connect it to the lamp and a wall socket. Battery-
operation ceases whenever a power adaptor is used.

Operating instructions
The lamp's LEDs have 3 different modes which can be
selected using the switch on the back of the lamp.
• OFF: The LED lights are off.
• TIMER: The LED lights will come on and light for
8 hours. After 8 hours the lights will switch off and
remain off for 16 hours before coming back on again,
and so on in a continuous cycle.
• ON: The LED lights will be on all the time.
Placement
The decorative lamp can be used free-standing or wall-
mounted. The fastening eyelet for wall-mounting is found
at the back of the lamp.
Note:
For wall-mounting: Use an appropriate method for wall-
mounting and ensure that there are no electrical wires or
water pipes in the wall where you intend to screw/drill.
Care and maintenance
Remove the batteries from the battery compartment,
unplug the power adaptor from the wall socket and store
the lamp in a dry place out of children's reach.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that this product
should not be disposed of with general
household waste. This applies throughout
the entire EU. In order to prevent any
harm to the environment or health hazards
caused by incorrect waste disposal,
the product must be handed in for recycling
so that the material can be disposed of in
a responsible manner. When recycling your
product, take it to your local collection facility
or contact the place of purchase. They will
ensure that the product is disposed of in
an environmentally sound manner.
