E-Z Juice Extractor Care and Use
To ensure safe installation and operation, read the following
statements and understand their meaning. Please read carefully.

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

1. Slide the strainer (1) into the funnel (2) rotating to align the
keyway if necessary. See Figure 1.
2. Set the strainer (1) and the funnel (2) into the funnel holder
(3). The handle (4) may need to be rotated to do this.
3. Place a vessel between the legs of the base (6) under the
funnel (2) to catch the extracted juice.
4. The juice extractor is now ready for use. See Figure 2.
5. Place 1/2 citrus or other food product between the pressure
cup and the strainer and press the juice out by turning the
handle. Reverse the handle and remove fruit or food
product. Continue this procedure as needed.
