    Operation Method Preparation for Operation 1. Setting of shaking method The unit is set to the rotary shaking method at the time of shipping. Perform the following procedures in order to set it to the reciprocating shaking method. ① Remove the shaking table when it is on the unit. Remove the two shaking table fixing screws by turning them counterclockwise, then hold the handle of shaking table and lift it to remove it.

    Operation Method Preparation for Operation 3. Setting of sample Install the unit at a stable place. Put sample in the container which is suitable to the shaking table, then set it on the shaking table. At this time, confirm that the container is surely set on the shaking table. If sample is put up to the upper part of the container, sample may be overflowed during shaking.

Use a Phillips head or flathead screwdriver to turn the selector switch. The window on the top shows E or A to indicate the selected mode. Selection of Time Unit and Time Range The desired time unit (sec, min, hrs, 10h) is displayed in the window below the time setting knob by turning the time unit selector located at the lower of the front panel.

If a problem occurs If smoke or strange odor should come out of this unit for some reason, turn off the power key right away, and then turn off the circuit breaker and the main power.

Turning on the power with the dial set to high or maximum speed will cause the motor to spin abruptly, which may send the magnetic agitator flying, damaging or breaking glass container or causing fluid solution to splatter. Increase mixing speed gradually.

    Maintenance Method Daily Inspection and Maintenance WARNING!  Disconnect the power cable from the power source when doing an inspection or maintenance unless needed.  Do not disassemble this unit. CAUTION!  Use a well-drained soft cloth to wipe dirt on this unit. Do not use benzene, thinner or cleanser for wiping.
