NOTE: THESE OPERATING SYSTEMS ARE COMPATIBLE
Pair MARK 2 via BLE HID with end devices running Windows 10, Google Android 4.4+ or
Apple iOS 11+.
FAQ: CONNECTION ISSUES
If you are unable to successfully pair MARK 2 with your end device try scanning the
Pairing Barcode again.
BLE HID TIPPS
TIP 1: ATTACH PAIRING BARCODE LABEL TO END DEVICE
Make sure the Pairing Barcode is easily accessible.
TIP 2: LABEL YOUR DEVICES
Attach labels to each pair of devices to make sure you can easily recognize the
corresponding devices.
TIP 3: DEACTIVATE THE BATTERY SAVING MODE ON YOUR END DEVICE
The end device will stay unlocked so the connection between MARK 2 and end device can
not be interrupted.
