8. TROUBLESHOOTING

Troubleshooting (1)
Problem
The watch has stopped operating.
The second hand moves at 2-second intervals.
Bluetooth communication will not start when
manual reception is performed.
(The second hand points to "N.")
Bluetooth communication cannot be
performed.
 
 
 
 
 
Possible Cause
The battery has run down.
The battery nears its end.
The application is not running.
The watch is not registered to the
application.
The airplane mode of the smartphone
is turned on.
The Bluetooth function of the smartphone
is turned off.
The location function of the smartphone
is turned off (for Android smartphone
only).
The application is not allowed to access
the location information (for Android
smartphone only).
The watch is used with a new smartphone.

Solution
Immediately request the retailer from
whom the watch was purchased to
replace the battery with a new one.
Start up the application.
If your smartphone runs on iOS, it is
necessary to start up the application
each time the smartphone is rebooted.
Register the watch to the application.
Tu r n o f f t h e a i r p l a n e m o d e o f t h e
s m a rt p h o n e , a n d t h e n , s t a rt u p t h e
application. For such operation, refer to the
instruction manual, etc. of the smartphone.
Turn on the Bluetooth function of the
smartphone. For such operation, refer to the

Turn on the location function of the
smartphone. For such operation, refer to the
instruction manual, etc. of the smartphone.
Configure the smartphone so that the
application is allowed to access the
location information.
