Obey all instructions to avoid possible injury or death. PLEASE REFER TO THE EXPLODED VIEW DRAWING IN THIS MANUAL IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY PARTS. This jacks is equipped with an integrated lever (#37) that is used to turn the release valve (#36).
- Page 4 TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM: JACK WILL NOT LIFT RATED LOAD POSSIBLE CAUSE: The release valve is not closed. ACTION: Turn the valve clockwise tightly. POSSIBLE CAUSE: Fluid level low. ACTION: POSSIBLE CAUSE: Pump seals and back-up ring defective. ACTION: Clean oil passages, replace seals and renew oil. (Must be serviced by quali ed service center). PROBLEM: JACK WILL NOT LIFT TO ITS FULL HEIGHT POSSIBLE CAUSE: Fluid level low.
