2.5 Using Additional Help

Operating Ferno PXB Pool Extraction board requires a minimum of two
trained operators. They may need additional help when working in
certain pool configurations.
● Operators positioned at the head-end and foot-end of the
board must maintain control of the board at all times, follow the
procedures they have been trained on, and direct all additional
operators
For freeboard pools up to a maximum of 30 cm, 3 trained operators

are required to operate the board
Refer to the table below for suggested placement of operators in various
pool configurations and operational scenarios
