Do not set the corkscrew and the charger up in damp environments. If you do,
moisture could penetrate into the corkscrew or the charger. There will then be
a risk of electric shock!
Do not place the corkscrew or the charger in the immediate vicinity of water,
e.g. by bathtubs or swimming pools. Ensure that no liquids can permeate into
the corkscrew/the charger when it is in use. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
should you clean the corkscrew and charger by placing them in, or holding
them under, water! If you do, there is the risk of receiving an electric shock!
To charge the corkscrew, use only the supplied charger station with the sup-
plied charge supply device. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you use
the charger to charge other appliances. Otherwise, the corkscrew, the charger
and its charge supply device plus the appliance being charged could be dam-
aged beyond repair. There would then be the danger of receiving an electric
shock and/or causing a fi re!
Connect the appliance only to correctly installed and earthed mains power
sockets. Otherwise, there is the great risk of receiving an electric shock.
Do not place the corkscrew and the charging station at locations which are
exposed to direct solar radiation. Doing so may cause the corkscrew or the
charging station to overheat and become irreparably damaged. There is also
the risk of fi re!
Do not place the corkscrew and the charger in the immediate vicinity of sources
of heat. This includes ovens, heating fans and similar appliances as well as
ventilation openings of other electronic appliances. Do not place open fl ame
sources - such as burning candles - in the immediate vicinity of the corkscrew
and charger. Doing so may cause the corkscrew or the charging station to
become irreparably damaged. There is also the risk of fi re!
