Installation Instructions Bona ® Power Drive Weight Kit ™ If your Power Drive has predrilled holes from production, gently remove the 2 plastic caps covering the holes using a plastic putty knife and continue to step 8. There are 6 screws that hold the gear ring in place. Remove the 6 screws with a drill and a T-30 torx bit, then remove the gear ring revealing the standoffs. - Page 7 Installation Instructions (Cont.) Drill a hole through the chassis using the drill guide and the supplied 17/64" drill bit. Remove the drill guide, turn it over, place it on the other side of the chassis and repeat the same steps to drill the remaining hole.
- Page 8 Installation Instructions (Cont.) Bona ® Power Drive Weight Kit ™ On the top of the chassis, use the supplied 45 degree countersink to create a bevel and smooth the openings of the previously drilled holes. Be sure to do this at a 90 degree angle.
