    CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE CONDENSER COIL For efficient operation, it is important that Figure 4 the condenser surface be kept free of dust, dirt, and lint. It is recommended to clean the condenser coil and the fins at least once per month. Remove the screws holding the vent cover at the bottom of the unit in the front (see Figure 4) to access the condenser.
