Pump up the unit again once the pressure
has dropped to around 1.5 bar so as to
ensure a consistent distribution of the
sprayed liquid.

The device is equipped with a compressor
connection (D). The following must be ob-
served in such a case.
- Compressor boost pressure or compressed
air supply secured onto max. 3 bar.
- Ensure the pump is in the locked position
before pressurizing.
- Do not exceed the maximum filling level.
- The non-return valve in the compressor
connection must not be removed to de-
pressurize the tank.

The device is equipped with an adjustable
pressure reducing valve (C) in order to en-
sure a spraying pressure that is as steady as
possible and a long spraying cycle. Further-
more, the degree of foaming can be modi-
fied by adjusting the pressure. For doing
this turn the hand wheel on the pressure
reducing valve (C). (Clockwise: pressure in-
crease; counterclockwise: pressure reduc-
tion). The preset pressure can be read on
the manometer during spraying.

Unscrewthepompcarefully,atfirstonlya
fewturnsbyleft-handrotation,sothatcom-
pressedairbeingstillinthetankcanescape.

Thetypeofflushingliquidtobeusedand
howitistobedisposedofwilldependon
thedetailsgivenbythemanufacturerof
theliquidtobesprayed.Alsoconsider
whetherthetankisresistanttotheflush-
ingliquid.

The pump will last much longer if the
pump O-ring is lubricated from time to
time with a little resin- and acid-free
grease.

Iffoamingisnolongereffective,check
whethertheairinletboresinthesuctionnip-
ple(E)areclogged,cleanthemifrequired.
Note!Above-averageuseduetomanner
ofoperating(includingthetranportto
theplaceofoperationandthestorage
whennotusingthesprayer),influences
ofthesurroundings(oftheplaceofoper-
ationandthestorageplace),inadequate
maintenanceandcaremayleadtoan
earlywearofthesprayer.Therefore,the
sprayershouldbecheckedforsecureand
serviceablestatebeforeuse.Itshouldat
leastbecheckedforexternallyvisible
damages.Expeciallywhenthereoccure
damageswhichendagerthesecurity,at
leasthoweverafter2years,thesprayer
shouldspeciallybeexaminedbyoneof
themanufacturer'sservicestations.
