Assembly Instructions
Note: Use a rubber mallet to ensure
snug connection of all nonmetal parts.
1.
Place the bases of Legs (2,3) into
the corners of Lower Tray (4).
The flange on each Leg will
fit into proper corners.
2.
Insert Bolts (9) down through the
holes in the bases of the Legs.
3.
Attach Swivel Casters (6) to Bolts on
same side as Handle. Secure Casters
using Washers (7) and Nuts (8).

4.
Attach Fixed Casters (6) to Bolts
on other side. Secure Casters
using Washers (7) and Nuts (8).
5.
Place the Upper Tray (1)
upside down on work surface.
Turn the Handle (3) upside down with
the cup holder toward the Upper Tray
and the hand holes on the outside.
Slide Handle onto Upper Tray.
6.
Place the Tray with the Handle firmly
on top of the Legs. Position the Handle
over the Swivel Casters.
7.
Attach three Screws (10) through each
Leg to secure Legs to Upper Tray.
