Notes:
1. If there are no restricted trunk groups in the system, one TGR_ key may be strapped to restrict
all trunks. If there is more than one restricted trunk group, up to three TGR_ keys may be used
to restrict only the trunk groups strapped to the individual keys.
2. Call may be extended by attendant if desired. See Table D.
