Once the frame is level, secure it to the anchors. Fill up the holes with the earth you removed previously. Treated wood base foundation The wood base will be assembled out of 10x15 and 5x30 treated wood, hardware (galvanized lag bolts / deck screws), and filling material (such as gravel, none provided) Assemble the 5x30 treated wood into a frame according to the dimensions shown in the diagram below.

Assembling the window Follow the steps below for the window. 1. Attach the side window frame 28 to the top window frame 31, as shown in below picture. 2. Insert the bolts 40 into the holes at the bottom of the side window frames 28, so that the threads stick out the bottom of the window.

The door is assembled using the door screws 41. The screws thread directly into the rounded portions of the parts in the center of the door. 1. Attach the center door frames 26 to the side door frames 20. 2. Attach the top door frame 24 to the side door frames 20 with the rounded portion facing the front as shown in the picture.

Assembling the back wall Place 1,4,5,8,9,13,16 and 21 as shown in the picture, insert the screws 40 from bottom to top and tighten by nuts Assembling the front wall 1. Place 1,2,3,6,7,12,13,17,23 and 25 as shown in the picture, insert the screws 40 from bottom to top and tighten by nuts 48.

Assembling all the frame walls 1. Lean the back door frame on a supporter such as wall, stand etc. Attach 34 and 32 to 1,4,5 and 16 horizontally, as the picture shows. 2. Attach 34 and 32 to 1,2,3 and 17 horizontally. 3.

4. Attach the roof studs 11 between 33 and 34. 5. Slide the window support beam 15 onto the roof studs 11 that you included extra bolts in, with the predrilled holes on the underside and the flat side facing the crown 33. Use the extra bolt to secure the beam 15 loosely in place.

8. Use two window screws 42 attach the window stop 18 to the window support beam 15 with its tab pointing towards the crown 33. Both should be on the underside of their window support beam, inside the greenhouse. 9. Pls hook one side of No.52 of the inner frame base plate, then fix with screw in No. 16,17 & 32. 10.

Transparent panel installation 1. Panel clips 47 are used to secure the transparent panels in place on the greenhouse. Note: Remove the protective film from both sides of all panels as they are installed. 2. The roof panels 2 and the roof window panel 4 will need to be placed as shown in the picture below. The bottom edges of these panels need to align above the gutter to direct rain off the greenhouse.

5. Raise the assembled door up and insert the first roller of its door slider 29 onto the door rail 14. Carefully align the first bottom door slider 36 over the edge of the front floor plate 17. Carefully slide the door over and align the other top roller and bottom slider as was done earlier.
