This cooktop is designed for easy care. However,
for ease in cleaning and to keep the surface
looking like new, the cooktop surface must be
soil-free before heating. Try to get in the habit of
wiping the surface with a clean, damp paper
towel before each use. Cooked on soils are
difficult to remove. Foods spilled directly on the
surface units will not burn off as on standard
open-coil burners. To maintain best appearance,
